Where moments become memory.

Evento+ designs the moment, produces it, staffs it, markets it, films it, and reports on what it achieved. One team, one accountability, from the first idea to the final frame.

The difference

We are not an events agency. We are an events partner.

An agency takes a brief and returns a proposal. A partner sits inside the ambition, shapes what the occasion is actually for, and stays accountable for whether it landed.

Most organisations assemble an event from parts — a creative studio here, a production house there, a staffing firm, a film crew, a marketing team, and someone to count the attendance afterwards. Each does its piece well. Nobody owns the whole. The seams show in the room.

Evento+ closes the seams. Four studios sit under one roof and one accountability, and every occasion draws on all four. That is what allows us to say end to end and mean it literally.

Studios — design, production, talent, operations — working the same occasion together.

Capabilities held under one accountability, from concept through to the report afterwards.

Our craft

Four studios. One occasion.

Every Evento+ engagement is carried by the same four studios. They are not service tiers to choose between — they are the four disciplines an occasion needs in order to hold together.

Design & Concept

The layer before execution. What the occasion is for, what a guest feels in each of its hours, and the story the room tells without anyone announcing it.

  • Event strategy and concept design
  • Creative direction and theming
  • Guest experience journey
  • Cultural and traditional ceremony design
  • Awards and recognition ceremony design

Studio

Production

The craft that makes the concept physical — stage, light, sound, screen, and the film that carries the occasion far past the room it happened in.

  • Technical direction and show-calling
  • Staging, lighting, sound and audio-visual (AV) systems
  • Videography, photography and drone cinematography
  • Live streaming and hybrid platforms

Studio

Talent & Content

Who stands on the stage and what they say from it. We curate the voices, shape the arguments, and design how the material meets the room.

  • Speaker Bureau and subject-matter expert (SME) curation
  • Keynote content development
  • Presentation and stage-graphics design
  • Event branding and collateral

Operations

Everything the guest never sees and would notice instantly if it were missing — the venue, the protocol, the people on the floor, the numbers afterwards.

  • Venue and hospitality partnerships
  • Government protocol and very important person (VIP) handling
  • Delegate experience, travel and gifting
  • Event marketing, registration and payments
  • Event resourcing and security
  • Post-event analytics and reporting
Start here

Three ways in.

Each is complimentary, senior-led, and ends with something written you can keep — whether or not you go further with us.

Ninety minutes

The Evento+ Concept Brief

A ninety-minute creative session with a senior creative director for weddings and major private ceremonies. We listen to the occasion you have in mind, then give you a written concept direction — theme, guest journey, and how the evening would move.

You leave with a written brief. There is no obligation and no fee.

Forty-eight hours

The Evento+ Speaker Match

Tell us the theme, the audience, and the register you need. Within two working days we return a shortlist of matched speakers from our subject-matter expert pool, with availability, indicative fees and a note on why each one fits.

Built for conference and corporate programmes working to a date.

On site

The Evento+ Site Walk

A venue inspection walked with a creative director rather than a sales representative. We read the room for sightlines, rigging, power, flow and protocol, and tell you plainly what the space can and cannot carry.

Complimentary for occasions above an agreed scale.

How an engagement runs

The cue sheet.

Every occasion runs to a sequence. This is ours, counted back from the day itself. Timings compress for shorter lead times, but the order never changes.

T − 120 days

Concept and intent

We establish what the occasion is actually for and what a guest should carry out of it. Concept direction, guest journey and creative territory are set here, before a single supplier is approached.

T − 90 days

Venue and scale

Site walks, technical survey, capacity and protocol assessment. The venue is chosen against the concept, not the other way round.

T − 60 days

Programme and talent

The running order takes shape. Speakers confirmed, keynote arguments developed, stage design and content architecture locked together rather than in sequence.

T − 30 days

Audience and marketing

Campaign live, registration open, payments taken, delegate communications running. Protocol lists and seating plans opened for approval.

T − 3 days

Build and rehearsal

Load-in, technical rehearsal, speaker walk-throughs, protocol dry run. Every cue called at least once before anyone is in the room.

Show day

The occasion

Show-called from a single desk. One director holds the room, the stage, the floor and the film crew on one channel.

T + 10 days

The account

Attendance, sentiment, media reach, social amplification and return on investment (ROI) against the objectives set at T−120. Film and photography delivered as a finished library, not a folder of raw files.

Selected work

Occasions we have staged.

Named engagements appear here where our clients have given consent. Everything else is presented by sector. Detailed references are available under a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) on request.

The group behind the room

Evento+ does not stand alone.

Evento+ sits inside Taaeen Group, a transformation and advisory group founded in Abu Dhabi in 2012. When an occasion needs something beyond events, it is already in the building.

AI+

Builds and runs the hybrid platforms, event applications and delegate engagement technology behind our digital programmes.

skills+

Trains participants where capability-building is part of the occasion, with accredited programmes rather than a session on a stage.

impact+

Supplies the thought leadership and subject-matter expertise behind our conference programmes and keynote content.

tfs+

Handles corporate gifting and the financial administration behind large delegate programmes.

setup+

Forms the entity where a launch event marks a new company entering the market.
