The Evento+ Speaker Match

Send us the theme, the audience and the date. Within two working days you receive a shortlist of matched speakers — with availability, indicative fees, and a written note on why each one fits this particular room.

No fee, no commitment, and no obligation to book through us. If the right voice is someone we do not represent, we will tell you that too.

How the match is made

Four questions, then a shortlist.

Booking a name is easy. Booking the right voice for a specific audience on a specific morning takes a conversation first.

Question 01

What is the audience being asked to do?

Adopt something, decide something, commit to something, or simply understand a shift they are already inside. The answer changes the kind of speaker entirely.

Question 02

Who is actually in the room?

Seniority, sector, nationality mix and working language. A ministerial audience and a graduate cohort do not respond to the same voice, however good it is.

Question 03

What register does the occasion carry?

Formal government protocol, industry peer exchange, or a launch with energy behind it. We match tone as carefully as we match subject.

Question 04

Where does the keynote sit in the programme?

Opening, mid-morning recovery, or closing. The same speaker is a different proposition at 09:00 and at 16:30, and we place them accordingly.

Coverage

Where the pool runs deep.

Access spans regional and international voices across both working languages. These are the areas where we can move fastest and vouch most confidently.

National transformation, government excellence, public-sector reform, and regional policy in Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) markets.

Artificial intelligence & technology

Applied artificial intelligence (AI), governance and responsible adoption, sovereign infrastructure, and enterprise technology strategy.

Human capital & leadership

Workforce transformation, nationalisation and employability, leadership development, assessment and succession.

Economy, energy & industry

Regional economic outlook, energy transition, industrial strategy, supply chain and procurement.

Finance & investment

Regional capital markets, corporate finance, taxation and regulatory change, and investor-facing programmes.

Culture, sport & inspiration

National achievement, endurance and performance, cultural heritage, and the closing voice that sends a room out lifted.

Beyond the booking

We do not stop at the contract.

Content development

We work with the speaker on the argument itself — structure, evidence, the opening ninety seconds, and the lines the audience will repeat.

Rehearsal on the real stage

Technical walk-through with the actual rig, lighting state and screen, so nobody meets their own slides for the first time in front of an audience.

Bilingual delivery

Arabic and English speakers, simultaneous interpretation where required, and stage graphics that work properly in both directions.

Speaker care on the day

Travel, green room, timings, protocol briefing and a named contact from arrival to departure. Looked-after speakers give better keynotes.

Send us the theme. We will send back the shortlist.
