A government occasion carries the reputation of the entity hosting it and, on the largest days, of the country itself. The tolerance for error is nil, and the people most likely to notice a lapse are the ones seated at the front.
We hold the protocol layer directly rather than subcontracting it: precedence and seating, arrival choreography, national anthem timing, honour guard sequencing, and Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) coordination where visiting dignitaries attend.
Underneath that sits ordinary discipline — a rehearsed cue sheet, accredited access control, briefed floor staff, and a media plan that captures the moments the entity will need afterwards rather than the ones the crew happened to catch.
