Talent & Content

Who stands on the stage, and what they say once they are there. We curate the voices, shape the arguments, and design how the material meets the room.

The problem we solve

A strong programme fails on a weak forty minutes.

Conferences are judged on their speakers, and speakers are judged on whether they had something to say. Booking a recognisable name is the easy half. Making sure the argument lands with that specific audience is the half that gets skipped.

We work on both. Our Speaker Bureau reaches a curated pool of subject-matter experts (SMEs) across sectors, regionally and internationally. Then we sit with the speaker on the content itself — the argument, the evidence, the shape of the forty minutes, and the two lines the room will actually repeat.

Where the subject matter sits inside our own group, we have unusual reach. The transformation practitioners at impact+ and the artificial intelligence specialists at AI+ speak on regional government excellence, workforce transformation and applied technology because that is their working week, not their conference hobby.

What this studio carries

Four disciplines.

Speaker Bureau and SME curation

Keynote speakers, panel chairs, moderators and technical experts across sectors and both languages. Matched to theme, audience and register — then contracted, briefed and looked after on the day.

Keynote content development

Working directly with speakers on the argument and its structure. Narrative shape, evidence selection, the opening ninety seconds, and rehearsal against the actual stage.

Presentation and stage-graphics design

Slide and stage-graphic design that reads at the back of a hall, holds the event identity, and works in Arabic and English without one being an afterthought.

Event branding and collateral

A visual identity for the occasion — naming, mark, signage, printed and digital programme, delegate materials and social assets — consistent from the first invitation to the closing frame of the film.
