Nothing is called for the first time on the night.
Production is judged entirely on the things that do not happen. No dead microphone, no cue landing late, no speaker walking into their own slide, no camera missing the moment the ribbon is cut.
We work to a rehearsed cue sheet with a named show-caller who holds stage, floor, sound, screen and film crew on one channel. Every cue is walked at least once before a guest is in the building.
And we treat the film as part of the occasion rather than a record of it. A programme that reaches four hundred people in a hall should reach considerably more afterwards. The footage is briefed, shot and cut to that intention from the start.
Four disciplines.
- Technical direction and show-calling
Run-of-show authoring, cue sheets, rehearsal schedule, and a single show-caller holding the programme on the night. Contingency rehearsed, not improvised.
- Staging, lighting, sound and screen
Set and stage design, rigging and structural safety, lighting design and programming, audio system design, light-emitting diode (LED) screen and projection, and full audio-visual (AV) integration.
- Media production
Multi-camera videography, editorial event photography, drone cinematography where airspace permission allows, same-day edits for social release, and a finished asset library rather than a folder of raw files.
- Digital and hybrid platforms
Live streaming, hybrid attendance, event applications, and delegate engagement technology — polling, moderated questions, and structured networking. Built and run with AI+, the technology company of Taaeen Group.

Most hybrid programmes treat the remote audience as an overflow. We treat them as a second room with its own direction — framed for a screen, paced for attention at distance, and given a genuine route into the discussion rather than a chat window nobody reads.
