Operations
Everything a guest never sees and would notice within a minute if it were missing. Venue, protocol, people on the floor, the campaign that filled the room, and the account of what it achieved.

Protocol is not hospitality with a seating plan.
For a government occasion in this region, the protocol layer carries most of the exposure. Precedence, seating, the anthem, the arrival sequence, clearance for a visiting delegation — these are not preferences. Getting one wrong is the only thing anybody will remember about the evening.
We hold that layer directly. Royal and dignitary protocol, precedence and seating, national anthem timing, honour-guard sequencing, and coordination with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) where foreign dignitaries attend. For a firm serving government in the United Arab Emirates, this is not an optional capability.
The same discipline runs through the rest of the studio. Venues chosen against the concept. Staff briefed rather than hired. Registration and payment handled cleanly. And an honest account afterwards of what the occasion actually returned.
Six disciplines.
- Venue and hospitality partnerships
Standing relationships with leading hotels and venues across the United Arab Emirates and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We hold the venue relationship, negotiate the terms, and run the technical survey before anything is signed.
- Government protocol and VIP handling
Royal and dignitary protocol, precedence and seating, anthem and arrival choreography, honour guard sequencing, and MOFA coordination for visiting delegations.
- Delegate experience and hospitality
Very important person (VIP) travel and accommodation, welcome protocols, gifting design and sourcing, majlis-style hospitality, and the small courtesies that carry a delegation's impression of the host.
- Event marketing campaigns
The campaign that fills the room — audience strategy, invitation and outreach, paid and organic media, and speaker-led content in the run-up. Attendance is designed, not hoped for.
- Registration and payments
Registration platforms, delegate categories and ticketing, secure payment handling and reconciliation, badge production, on-site accreditation and access control.
- Event resourcing and security
Reception and registration staff, ushers, hosts, interpreters and stewards — briefed on the occasion, not just rostered to it — alongside security planning and crowd management.
The account of the occasion.
Ten days after the event we return a written account: attendance against target, delegate sentiment, media reach and tone, social amplification, speaker performance, and return on investment (ROI) measured against the objectives agreed at the start.
It is a plain report. Where something under-performed, it says so. An occasion you cannot measure is an occasion you cannot repeat with confidence.
